I was responsible for supporting the Art Unleashed creative concept through creation and final print production while working at AAJdesign. Materials that I’ve designed include the Art Unleashed invitation, Friend’s Night invitation, dinner menu card, social media graphics, auction card, program book, gallery labels, and buttons.

Art Unleashed showcases the work of University of the Arts students and alumni from a variety of disciplines, including cutting-edge contemporary jewelry, furniture, ceramics and glass and world-class photography, painting, sculpture and illustration. Attendees of this event have the opportunity to view and purchase carefully curated works of art, and in many cases, to meet the makers.

Members of over 50 non-profit and/or community organizations, City departments, and government agencies attended a meeting hosted by Philadelphia Parks & Recreation. The Philadelphia Tree Summit brought together a broad spectrum of stakeholders and urban forestry experts to discuss the newly-released Tree Canopy Assessment report which analyzes the current tree canopy in the city and change over 10 years.

Annual themed concert and ball hosted at the Academy of Music to celebrate its anniversary, preserved history, and culture. Proceeds from this extravagant event support ongoing capital projects, restoration, upkeep and maintenance.

While on the AAJdesign team, I had the pleasure of designing the program book for the Academy of Music’s 162nd Annual Concert and Ball.

2024's Immigrant Heritage Week theme is Stories Untold: Amplifying Immigrant Voices, which aims to celebrate the rich diversity and numerous contributions of immigrant communities within our city, whose stories are integral to our shared history and our future. Throughout the month of June, community partners and the Office of Immigrant Affairs will highlight untold immigrant stories in Philadelphia.

Worked with the City of Philadelphia's Mayor's Office digital team to design social media graphics promoting voter engagement and participation in the upcoming election. These visuals would help Philadelphians register to vote and make aware of upcoming registration deadlines.

Campaign to raise awareness regarding violence against APPI community and provide information on ways to take a stand against Asian hate. Its primary objective is to empower people with the knowledge and tools required to confront and combat anti-Asian hate crimes. The campaign seeks to educate individuals on practical steps they can take to stand in solidarity with APPI communities.

Airwaves is an internal employee magazine which serves to highlight Airgas initiatives, milestones, current events, and safety awards.

Old Bay Seasoning’s packaging and website received a huge uplifting redesign. Old Bay has held onto its iconic yellow color for years with little change. The vintage but clean redesign is a fresh new look while still encompassing Old Bay’s old time nostalgic feel.

Old Bay’s earlier website was in need of a redesign where people of all ages could easily access and navigate its interface. The site was designed in mind with the overall brand aesthetic.

I had the pleasure of art directing the publication’s 2018 edition with a team of 6 other designers. I was responsible for leading the publication’s creative concept. oversee my team, manage the project budget of $15,000, and coordinate with various printers.

Showcasing some of the best work created by art majors, the publication is the end-product of two semesters worth of creative collaboration. The Gallery team sees the publication though the entire creative process, from concept development to production, determining its form, design, organization, and content. Artwork submissions are juried by the students team too, and the selected works represent a diverse collection of some of the best work created by Rowan art majors over the course of the academic year.

While the rise of social media helps students to connect, networking between us is slim and our communication is often limited between our classmates at our respective universities. We are looking to bridge that gap, uniting us together and allowing us to connect with each other as well as industry professionals. 

Unity: A Poster Gala is an opportunity to highlight our work and showcase our talents, while also meeting each other, empowering each other and encouraging each other.

There is strength in our voices, strength through our designs, and strength in our numbers. We are powerful alone, but we are impactful together.

Poster serves to showcase a special event in New Jersey’s long history. Not only the first drive-in movie theater in New Jersey, but the first in all of America.

“On June 6, 1933, eager motorists park their automobiles on the grounds of Park-In Theaters, the first-ever drive-in movie theater, located on Crescent Boulevard in Camden, New Jersey.”

Art deco style book cover redesign for The Great Gatsby. Integrated into the design is an illustration of Jay Gatsby’s iconic Rolls-Royce car.

Fun fact about this car: It is the one thing the movie adaptation got wrong about the era. The car utilized in the film happened to be a 1928 R-R Phantom. It would not have been possible for Gatsby to drive this car as the movie setting was known to take place in 1922!
